Working from the scan we produced the model, then from the model we produce a 2d drawing, from this 2d drawing I can see that the ports are not level and that the top left one is low, the blown up selection of the drawing shows the actual dimensions,.... looks like we scanned one with a core that had moved. you must check check and check again

Chris, is that a sleeve that moved? Or some sort of pressed part?

@alsancle the ports are cast into the part using cores in the sand mold, I am told that there was an 80% failure rate in producing the parts , if the core moves when the molten material is poured in, you get incorrect positioning
